The Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage is unique. It is designed to encourage fluid and energy to flow from between the cells into the lymph system. Once in the lymph nodes it gets filtered. Toxins, waste materials, pathogens from cellular level get detected in the lymph nodes. This if working well will stimulate the immune system into action. Lymphatic system is part of the circulatory system that transports lymphocytes, a type of white blood cells to the area identified as needing them.

    Focus on how cortices can help with the other things you are doing to take care of self. Massage, supplements, exercise, diet choices etc. Expansion and contraction helps with the brain having awareness of the different frequencies within the body. Bone is a heavier slower frequency than the blood. Talk on the areas of the reptillian brain in the last tap out position of the cortices. Daily cortices keeps building upon itself in the brain.

    Focus is on the connections the brain has within itself called the connectome. Connectome is the wiring diagram of the nervous system and neural connections in the brain. Neural plasticity is talked about as the ability for the nervous system to change the connection structures by making them thinner, thicker, or growing new ones.

    I don't know why the sound and video are not in sync. You may just want to listen and not watch at the same time - at 2:57 mark the video and sound match up again. Focus of today is to have the brain be aware of the meridian flow and assist energy to go to the protective shield outside the body called the Wei Qi. This energy is the 1st line of defense. Pathogens, negative feelings from others can be bounced off at this level if it is strong. When that happens the body doesn't have to deal with those things.

    This video focus is for brain to pay attention to any cold spots inside and to bring more energy, blood flow to those areas in the head brain. Infrared photography of patients with symptoms show "cold spots" diminished cellular activity, blood flow mirroring what is also having trouble in the body.
