Welcome to The Brother Next Door podcast where I help young adults just like myself set up a strong foundation as we begin to
understand what "adulting" is for ourselves. My desire is to expose you to all the information on finances, personal development, and other important skills I come across. I enjoy spending time learning about these three topics and a lot of young adults don't really know where to start when it comes to these topics so hopefully I can provide you clairity in these fields.
As for me, I recently graduated with my bachelors of science in Electrical Engineering with a goal to pay off all of my student loans within a year after graduating. Most people who buy resale timeshares are people who got pressured in a sales presentation, but ended up liking the program, and want to expand for pennies on the dollar. I own a couple timeshares (both resale) in expensive areas that cost $$300 per night for a hotel, but I end up paying about $110 for a much nicer resort. This certainly isn;'t for everyone, but these are places we want to go to at least every-other-year anyways.
