Such astonishing clarity of the voices in this dense texture.

Every serious artist brings their own sense of poetry to this piece; this cannot be easily compared. And every pianist strives to bring out each independent line in Bach with clarity-wherein lies the challenge and virtuosity of this stately piece.But I find that this pianist succeeds in this with the utmost clarity, to a greater degree than the others I’ve listened to. This accomplishment this is no mean feat and cannot be overstated.
