Having the honor and privilege to film and record harvesting of kalo in the loi's of Waipio Valley with several lineal descendants and generational taro farmers was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for which I am so grateful! I am humbled by the way that Uncle Jeremiah, Aunty Moana, Chiyo, Kayla, and Halton and his entire family opened their hearts and homes to us, extending their deepest Aloha to allow us to experience this blessing.
