Difficult to say what's going on without any logs, but as you said, it can be down to how you, the tank, or the rest of the raid plays. Here with three healers the play pretty much is to get as many stacks as possible during the first crystal soak (often lands me between 100 and 115) and then it's atonement fun until the end with some shields and defensives here and there. We've only ever used one tank so I don't know any strats for 2 tank attempts. As far as I know, on 25man the fight is a bit different for us (for example, we get fewer stacks per heal). Haven't done 25 so can't really say anything more. Regarding logs (apologies if I'm logsplaining something you already know): log analysis is a bit different for healers than for other roles, since your own hps and parse percentile depend so much on how the rest of the raid plays. Often on our best kills people have avoided damage well and there hasn't been anything unexpected going on. That means that there hasn't been much to heal and only by looking at the parse number it can look like I performed badly, even though nobody died and I didn't have a single misstep. Also, when your co-healers are pumpers like my "partner", it naturally means that there's less to heal. On the other hand, low hps can of course also mean that you're not pressing your buttons enough or at the right time. But as I said, would need to see the logs to know that. The guys at priest discord ( discord.gg/ryP5Qmcg ) often have lots of good pointers if you'd like to have some kind of log analysis done. 👍

For sure! We went for the safe strat to maximize prog time on Rag, but we'll definitely transition to two healing this in the near future.
