please explain to me how the flying fuck did you divide 3.5 out to .4??? like WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!?!?! this shit is frustrating me
It s a mistake ! Actually it s not really a mistake but depending on which organism you dive with the max PPo2 might be 1.4 (with PADI for example ) or 1.6 for the rest . So in his example he said 1.4 but did the math with 1.6

OK great but why do I need a 6 hour course for this? Maybe explain some of the hazards for people that don't have an Enriched Air specialty.
If you haven't taken nitrox training, don't dive nitrox. CNS toxicity, MOD, the impact of dissolved gasses and a bunch of physics. The risk of diving enriched air is just dying suddenly. PPO2 is SUPER important.
