Currently troubleshooting my 3.8 ltr Monte Carlo recently it was stalling going up a hill like pausing almost cpl times never happened before and then I noticed while trying to Parallel park (into a tight spot ) it was accelerating while I wasn’t touching the gas so I put it in park where I was and it was still revving til I turned the car off unsure how or where to start trying ti fix the problem…. Could see this possibly being an issue if I had been downtown in busy traffic … Any ideas maybe ? changed the spark plugs once a year ago but just wondering what other things might cause that. Just a shot in the dark lol Thx

I have a 2013 Dart Rallye 2.0L with a UConnect dash head unit and the same P0456 code. I got that code from a cheapo elm327 code reader. First, do you know of a good reliable android app that can work with an elm327? The elm327 I bought only came with some links to apps on Chinese websites, nothing on the Play Store. Second, do you know of any way I can read and clear OBD II codes on the head unit? Seems like such a waste to have all these computers in a modern car but without that feature, essential in a day when MiLs can flunk a car at the government-mandated emissions exam. Even an MIL that doesn't affect emissions much or at all!

If it uses a crush sleeve just retighten to 125-150 ft pounds...you are not going to further crush a sleeve at that low of a torque. The torque setting of the nut has nothing to do with backlash...as long as the crush sleeve has no clearance you will have exactly the same backlash as before you began.

You should try alternative options such as diet change there are things like apricot seeds, soursop leaves or tea. Diet is no sugar whatsoever please Google it. Im not saying chemo or radiation is bad but can make things worse. Best of luck to you prayers. xx

i don't have cancer but i did fall from third floor on mid december of 2023 i was in pharmacological coma for 15 days my radial nerve is completely paralized while my homerus is healing right in my right arm i can't move in the right way my hand, but is not the one problem i got, i was operated too of aorta abdominal, i need to take pills atleast Cardioaspirin i don't know if i need to take it forever or not, but it is a miracle that i am alive. (i'm italian)

I have always heard that when there is a crack it will collect graphite or the debris of metal coming off of the center of the cap into that crack and cause a short or a pre ignition spark on something. But they are vented

Doing this myself for the first time doing plugs. Did your plugs end up being pre-gapped? Or did you end up having to remove them and gap them properly? Also i know you mentioned not needing to torque them down to 20 ft lbs. did that cause any issues? Sorry for dumb questions. TIA

I just picked up a 97 C1500, and she's blowing cooler than it should. I'm thinking a thermostat and a flush is in order. It's amazing how much those heater cores can get clogged. Did you notice a big difference after doing this?
