Weber Grill Spirit EX-315 Yellow Flame on Crossover Burner Tube
When it was new, never used, there were yellow flames on the back crossover burner tube. I checked with Weber and they sent me a new tube. I replaced it per the directions and had the exact same result with the new tube as I did with the old tube. The grill heats up to 580 degrees quickly but the information that came with the grill says that yellow flames should be sporadic, not constant.
I've had the same results with different propane tanks, full tanks, near empty tanks. I've reset the regulator. The yellow flames are always there and only on the crossover burner tube.

Thanks for sharing, I too got the Spirit 315 and facing the exact same issue. I've tried cleaning multiple times and adjusting the air flow but no luck so far. I had to see the yellow flames and the meat at the crossover tube burns quickly. By any chance do know know what's the fix for this?

I forgot that I had that video up. I made it after calling Weber and telling them that the original rear tube ALWAYS had a yellow flame. The crossover burner tube in this video was the REPLACEMENT. I put this video up so that Weber could see what was going on and that I had it set up just like the manual said. They sent me a 2nd new crossover burner tube and all 3 regular burner tubes. And guess what? The yellow flames are still there. I guess that's just the way these grills are.

Romans 10:9 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9-10 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. John 11:25-26 25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” John 3:16 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Romans 10:9 9 The message is this: You must say clearly that Jesus is the Lord. Also, you must believe deep inside yourself that God raised him to life again after his death. Then God will save you. John 14:6 6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 3:5 5 Jesus explained, ‘I tell you this: Unless a person is born by water and by God's Spirit, he cannot come into the kingdom of God. Matthew 28:19-20 19 So you must go to people in every country of the world. Teach them how to become my disciples. Baptize them by the authority of God the Father, his Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach them to obey everything that I have taught you. You can be sure that I will be with you always. I will be with you until the end of time.’ Acts 2:37-39 They Ask Peter What They Should Do 37 When the Jews heard this, their hearts were troubled. They said to Peter and to the other missionaries, “Brothers, what should we do?” 38 Peter said to them, “Be sorry for your sins and turn from them and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and your sins will be forgiven. You will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 This promise is to you and your children. It is to all people everywhere. It is to as many as the Lord our God will call.” Revelation 20:15 15 If anyone's name was not written in the book of life, God threw that person into the lake of fire.

The part numbers that I used are in the description, but it would vary by what year and model you have - and sometimes whether it was built in Japan or Canada. For a 2002 Accord EX vent control bulb: Go to somewhere like Hondapartsnow.com, find your car model, then "Electrical / Exhaust / Heater / Fuel", then "Switch", then (on the 2000 Accord 4-DR, LX that I tried), it's part #1 = 35505-S84-B02 or 35505-S84-N01. I think they're 2 different manufacturer's but the either one will fit.

It might also need one or two bulbs for the rotating heater knobs - Lamp, Wedge Base (14V 80MA) 79671-S84-A01 at about $4.48 for each tiny bulb. A lot of money for some little lights, but WAY cheaper than taking it to the dealer. Please note that these are the bulbs for my 2002 Accord EX 4-speed automatic. You should check @t or @t or @t and look up your year / model / style in the "Switch" diagram for the clock light and the "Heater Control" diagram for the heater button/dial lights. For the heater control dial light, also go to Electrical, then Heater Control, then the diagram will show the bulb behind the heater controls. It's not the same bulb for every car.
