Algo que noto de los halcones con respecto a las águilas es su no mencionado aspecto de ascenso y descenso de las mismas solo que los halcones son naves de guerra sería interesante el debate Saludos !
It's an electric rotating display plate which rotates with only one speed, but in two directions. Plate diameter is 65cm. Background is an original NASA moon photo printed on canvas. The whole setting is lit by a Nitecore Tiny monster TM28 Ultra high brightness flashlight on low setting (320 lumens I believe).
I also own a Märklin 16051 (from 2004), but although better constructed, they tend to leak quite severely. Parts are difficult to come by and are also verrry expensive. I like the looks of the D32 quite a lot.
Better for a 1000 less a used one from the 80s. Wilesco never got close to Märklin and Co from before the war. But the new one is carelessly nailed together, there are better ones from China and even toys from the GDR were better. After 50-60 years, the heating could have been made controllable ex works, so the part constantly runs into the safety valve. Primitv has nothing to do with nostalgia. Also the material, especially the fittings that you touch feel like they came from a gumball machine, with the old ones it's still a bit of German workmanship. If the part cost €500, I wouldn't say anything and fix the defects myself, including turning off the wobbling flywheels, but like this: No thanks Wilesco!
They're from the sixteen 12 collection. I've all my different models from this company and Product Enterprise (former name of this company) here on RUclips.
When I watched Space 1999 as a kid in the 70s, I used to love the spaceship models. I remember building The Eagles multiple times and a model of Moonbase Alpha. I wished they could have had model kits for The Hawks from Wargames episode.
Handsome! The Eagle, the Ultra Probe Pilot Section, the moonbuggy and the lunar landscape. "Dragon's domain"...One of the best episodes in the whole series.
Totally agree. space 1999 may have flushed certain laws of astrophysics down the toilet but at least they did so intelligently with good storylines and writing. Loved that show as a kid.
@@airdriver Yes, the storylines are the centerpiece of Space: 1999's first season. In my view, examples are Black Sun, Another Time Another Place, Collision Course, War Games, The Testament of Arkadia ... ... and furthermore there are special effects that were superlative. There are any scientific inconsistencies but I don't think about it. ;-) Thank you
@@ericipericie Yes it does need some lubrication which I put into the oiler at first and during the run I put some on the piston rods. It could in theory run all day but I do not like to run more than an hour before adding more in the oiler. I also use a lower voltage because it generates a huge amount of steam on the mains voltage ruclips.net/video/WDdu_kx9g-Q/видео.html
Stripey Eagle is best Eagle!
It would be so much better, if I didn't have to listen to your breathing.
Cool
love them all, thanks
Wonderful Engines!
Still they are beautiful design I love the Eagles 🦅
♥️♥️♥️♥️🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇♥️♥️♥️♥️
Beautiful.
This episode scared me as a kid 😀 Love the Eagle
Same here! It was terrifying!
Bravo. Thank you.
Never meant to land on the moon/earth i guess
Nope only landed in the studio 😁

Sí, es cierto... nunca ves estructuras para aterrizar en el suelo.
Where did you get the rotating black plates? The background is tight

@@ericipericie you dont happen to have a link wher I can purchase one?
www.amazon.com/fotoconic-Electric-Motorized-Rotating-Turntable/dp/B01MG7W0OP Don't know if it's exactly the same one but it looks like it.
It's hard to watch your videos while hearing you breathe into the mic. Just sayin'.
You can switch off the sound or play some music of your liking in the background.....just saying 😁
The best episode of Space 1999

Oh by the way, very nice models.

They had Hawk models. I built one of those after I built an Eagle while the show was still airing. Unfortunately, I didn’t save them.

Muy bueno los alcones felicitaciones ! 1999
Muchas gracias. 😊
Are these in scale with the other 12" Eales, like Dragon's Domain?
Yes they are.
@@ericipericie Much better than the crap Eaglemoss has on offer! Sixteen 12 has done a great job with these.
@@cloverfield911 I agree. The Eaglemoss ones are not very accurate.
Beautiful display. Love it!
❤️👍😎
A very nice engine I have #086. It runs slow for about 1 hour
But don't forget to lubricate about every 20 minutes 🙂 I pulled the plug and it still kept on steaming for 5 minutes!
