Jo jo bachhe branch change ka form fill krte hai usme sai top 10 % dekha jata hai.. For eg : maan lo ki civil ka strength 120 hai aur jo civil ka topper hai usne nhi fill kiya branch change ka form tho koi baat nhi.. Aur bachhe fill kare na.. Jitne bachhe fill karege form usme sai kon bachhe civil mai top 10% mai hai wo dekha jayega. Matlab abhi v 12 bachha ka hoga branch change.. Like jo pahle 13th rank pai bachha tha jiska branch change nhi hone wala tha pr chuki topper sai branch change kai liye fill nhi kiya tho.. 13th rank wala bachha ka rank khud he 12th ho gya.. Ab wo v branch change kr sakta hai
