I agree those charity shop prices were ridiculous. They get the stock for free, most of the staff are volunteers, they pay reduced rates on the property. They would sell more and make more for the charity by reducing the prices.

Loving the foyer. You have places to put bags and shoes and I guess you could add pegs for coats next to the door. @8:03, put the prints in the foyer. @11:06, er no. Putting your desk there will clutter the exit route. You really don't want to run into that if you have to get out of the flat in a hurry in the dark. It's a nice flat and I recognise the location. I hope you and your flatmate will be happy in not quite Dulwich.🤫

It's an absolutely fabulous flat. I first saw your video just when you graduated from Liverpool University. I had recently moved to Liverpool from London at that time. Looking forward to following your new venture. It's an absolutely amazing flat very rare to find something so good on the rental market. I lived in Crystal Palace and have friends in Dulwich and still visited often. Good luck 🎉

I wish this chimed with my recent experience of RM. Generally good till things go wrong. Hours on the phone, automatic compensation systems that don't work. Refusing compensation despite providing loads of evidence. (I could write an essay on it ☹️) I will be well out of pocket. The RM compensation system is so broken if you wanted to design something to annoy and frustrate your customers on purpose you couldn't do a better job. Simply shockingly bad customer service.

This brought back happy memories. We lived at St ives and the vet we used was at Fenstanton. Ely is one of my favourite places. Did you manage to get to Tom's Cakes in St ives? It's delicious. We are back in the North of England now and miss cambs. 😊
