These have plastic gears. This is poor quality. They don't last even two years. What a shame.
Ah, the magnificent Glory Wall! 😂❤ I only got to use a Robot Coupe once some 12+ years ago. And even now I remember the nonchalant effortlessness with which it devoured whole piles of veggies, spitting out those pretty, pretty uniform chunks and shreds. 'Twas a relatively small kitchen... But we did cook for some 80-100 ppl. I think it was an R301... But yes, that amazing machine really taught me the difference between consumer and professional grades in appliances. Now that I've been reminded of it, I think I'll get me one if these fine products (an R2 Dice Ultra..?) next year, sometime around my BD. Thank you for your work! You've got nice presentation and instruction skills. Subscribed.)) Edit: I dare not dream of the machine you've shown off in this one. Yet... 😊
Hey Sean O, big fan. I was wondering how you cant tell the difference between the sizes of slicers. I dont seem to be able to find any serial numbers on the slicers. Am I able to measure out the blade widths to get an accurate size? Thank you.
All plates have a number on them. that will be the size in mm.

I love this recipe. So much that I'm summarizing it here as a note for myself and others: 8 avocados, 1 tomato, 1 yellow onion, 2 jalapenos, 3 tomatillos, 2 cloves garlic, juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime, handful of cilantro, and Sean O's Super Secret Spice, which has lemon pepper, salt, black pepper, and Dash. I hope Sean O never stops making videos!
Could you provide some information as to how to disassemble a robot coupe cmp350 V.V. ? It is quite easy to remove the side ventilation panels and the four long screws but, then, the bell housing with the shaft appears to either be stuck or locked somehow. In other models, the lower part (the plastic one) has a couple of holes where one can insert either special tool or a make-shift tool, apply pressure and thus release and remove the shaft which, in turn, appears to prevent the housing from being detached. I do not wish to be impolite but, I do not consider any make of commercial immersion blender as user friendly. They inexplicably overpriced.

It could that's why there are S/S bowls also.
No. The "plastic" bowl does not retain smells. The only thing I find is something like curry CAN darken the bowl over time. I use one in a commercial kitchen.
How is the RC micro mix compared to the Bamix Pro (not the retail)? I know it can't remove shaft but it's NSF and body can be rinsed. Home use but I'm looking for a silky result

It's a pretty quiet machine for it's capacity it would appear.
The motors are relatively silent. The noise is the food product moving through the machine. Thx! SeanO
