I think people should get paid equally for the same jobs, if you have 2 nurses one male and one female both just starting their first job, i don't think he should get paid more just because he is male, now that being said i feel experience and the type of job needs consideration when deciding pay, a male on an oil rig with 20 + yrs of experience should get more then the female working the desk for that same company

What this jackass does not tell is that it's verry logical since men and women arn't educated the same. Especially in childhood so based on gender people will not learn the same things and the brain will not be stimulated the same way thus leading to different reactiion depending on the situation. One of the reason men are more violent is (in western societies that is) because, men are raised to be tough, to be providers, to be more competitive, to work hard on physicall jobs. Men (and boys) are told that negative emotion are to be repressed, for exemple, think how a crying man is usually discribed as laughable, how shy boys are bullied, how feminine men are considered weirdos or deviants. We, in this society construct agressive men. This has little to do with biology, this is sociology, this is psychology, this is medicine, this is educationnal matter.
