Hi, my name is Melissa and I'm a therapist in private practice. These videos are meant for anyone interested in managing their mental health. As a trauma therapist I like to stay as informed as possible on what is effective in treating and managing complex PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and OCD in particular. My goal here is to take complex material and condense it so that it is accessible and applicable for us to use in our day to day lives.
