I've seen a lot of people asking how they can set these as alarms. I don't know a way to set them as random ones, but you can choose a specific clip. If you record the video, clip the part you want, and export it as an mp3 to your phone or whatever alarm device, you should be able to choose it as an alarm sound. A lot of phones are different, so I can't explain that part, but if you google how to set an mp3 as an alarm or ringtone, it should be easy to find.
