This is the best Tom has sounded since To Mega Therion, which is a 10/10 album for me. Guitars are a little too low and muddy though

The Appolyon Sun version is interesting.

The woman bassist plays from her elbow, which means there will be false notes, this is not evil, this is a lot of overload.

i remember getting the original hellhammer apocalyptic raids vinyl (yes, original issue) and being fascinated with the imagery of the band members. and the song massacra was the first one i remember . and the lyrics "mankind will never learn, that religion is created by man" still holds alot of weight for me personally.
