I used 1 cup of powder clay in a gallon of water, mixed up, and set aside non refrigerated. I drank 1 cup of clay water on an empty stomach every morning for 21 days. Instead of mixing it with flavor, I found it easiest to just chug the cup then chase it with water…. The taste can be very earthy so it’s easier to down in one go 💡

It can be effective to process certain foods in digestion but ultimately when I did this I was eating straight keto, no carbs or processed sugars. I did bentonite clay drink every day for 30 days. Within 90 days and a great workout routine, I lost 50 pounds and I was detoxing through my skin, hair, and more regular.
