The thing is that I manually exported the game's audio files and it seemed like a lot of the songs in OST are layered (e.g. there are three audio files that are part of one song). So this part is most likely one of these files (layer) included in a song.

I remember hearing it in the game though, so I could look for that part to give you more accurate answer.

@@Lichwizard It's actually the music from the secret cutscene hidden at the end of the game. You can only obtained it by collecting all the collectables in the game and finding a secret room just at the end of the game, just after completing the level of the city of light in the sky. But you can also go check it out on RUclips

oh my, that is absolutely correct. I had the feeling I heard it in the game but couldn't remember where exactly so I assumed that it's just a layer. Thanks Ice for correct explanation ^^
