Great catch mate! 😎👍 It was epic you got this on its first day in service with Damory! I really like the Southern Vectis Omnicities so it's cool this has joined the Damory fleet. Nice it got a proper run out on the CR8 too! 😃👌

@@Dexter-wc3en I remember going to the Sea Life centre years ago. The seafront looks quite cool. I need to sample some First Wessex buses actually too 👍
@@MMBaus The sealife centre is still there. The First Wessex fleet in Weymouth isn't as varied as Morebus. The only single deck buses in Weymouth are Streetlites. Apart from that, there's enviro 400's, Enviro 400 MMC'S, B9TL's and some brilliant open toppers

I love those East Lancs buses, these bring back memories to me when they were at Yellow Buses on the 5a and 5b routes, I was also on this T278 BPR but I was upstairs, this must of been earlier in the day because I was on this and it went to Hengistbury Head.

Wow this was an epic catch mate! 😃 I didn't know 2687 had such a tuneful Allison AT545 gearbox! This sounds absolutely amazing, definitely want to get this next time hopefully. Also thats hilarious the people waiting actually tried to flag the bus down to get on, where dod they think it was going lol.
Cheers for watching. I think the people tried to flag the bus down because it had "Boscombe" on the destination blind, but it was pure comedy to see. What a tuneful gearbox this one has, jumped straight onto it after getting off T278 BPR
@@Dexter-wc3en oh really lol that's funny to make them think it was actually in service! 😂 Nice that's cool. Yeah I love solos with the tuneful gearboxes they're epic. I think they mainly seem to be the ones from 2000-2003 from what I've seen

@@Dexter-wc3en me too they were great. Morebus had an epic one 3819 MX53 FEF that was so tuneful probably the best I'd heard but they sold it a couple of years ago now. It was still going I think, would love to go on one of them again 😃👍

Nice to see one of the Excels in preservation. I felt it was a huge shame when Excels 2613, 2614 & 2615 were withdrawn from the Damory fleet back in 2017, as I never got to ride on any of them.
