Hello. I will come for long time holidays in cebu and I just see One Oasis and i like very much so i want to ask you just 2 questios: have in reception SAFE BOX ? I think this is very importand. When will come with my a visitor in my condo must show id card in reception? Because really i feel uncomfortable with it

We bought an LG, large split unit but the wa good enough to freeze our large bedroom and interconnecting office next door. It worked remotely on wi-fi too so handy for cooling the room before we reach home. Unfortunately our landlord was a tight @rse with her wallet and had a 12 year old a/c which was too small and couldn't chill a glass of water. When I was a landlord in UK I gave my tenants the best of everything in appliances, Philippines is a different world unfortunately. If you want a comfortable life renting you still have to cough up a great deal of your own money on top of the rent
