That's a beautiful color. I've been eyeing this couch for a while now but debating between the 96 or the 84, i have 87 right now that i want to replace and good amount of space. Were you debating the 84 at all? the size looks perfect in ur living room, i would say my living room is a bit roomier but also don't want to downgrade from 87 to 84. were you at a point debating the 96 vs the 84?
It’s all about your space! I feel like the 96 is a great size couch for 2 people. You both have ample space to sit and snuggle up on the couch on your ends. Measure your space and choose accordingly. The bigger the better.

It's still doing pretty good! I got it professionally cleaned about a few months ago as part of a refresher. It gave it a new life.

Ha! Comfort has everything to do with the mattress. My mattress is decent and I have an added mattress cushion. It's comfy for now but at some point I wouldn't mind an upgrade. Box spring is 6 inches I believe.

I just ordered one today and quoted to come in 1.5-2 months. Diff colors have diff estimated wait time. I can’t wait till next March or April lol. I need a sofa by Jan so fingers crossed!

Thank you for your review. Do you remember the name of your area rug?I’ve been eyeing a West Elm sofa but I’ve been having a hard time buying pieces for my living room because I don’t know what piece to start with to get that neutral light look when I can’t buy the sofa first. I love your area rug since it looks light in color but will mask wear in a high traffic area as well as having multiple shades to blend with any neutral color sofa I get. I may actually be able to pull the room together if I start with the rug.

What size is the mirror in your bedroom?
42 inches…I wish I had went a tad bit smaller
We just received our WE haven sectional sofa and something I noticed is the stuffing of the cushions feels uneven. Our middle cushion has more stuffing and sits higher than the cushions adjacent to it. And I also noticed some sagging in the back pillows, maybe not enough stuffing in it? Do you have the same issues? Any idea how to fix it so everything looks even just like how it shows online?
The stuffing in mine seems fine. The only solution I could think of is buying extra stuffing to fill it or seeing if WE will provide you with replacement cushions.
You keep your apartment so nice and clean. Great taste in furniture and decor.

Finally a good review on these couches!! I just ordered the West Elm Harmony and I was in love when I purchased it at store. I am expecting it on next month. Getting discouraged because I keep hearing terrible experiences that people had with the delivery and the upkeep of the couch.
Thank you! I had a perfect experience and hopefully you do too. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see movement with tracking as I didn’t get any movement until it was out for delivery.
Do you still love the couch how do you think it compares the the harmony couch
Yes, still love it! I made the mistake of washing the upholstery. The pillows were fine but the seat cushions lost it’s tight new look after washing so don’t do that. I also think it has better structure/look than the harmony couch because it’s a little firmer. I would definitely buy this couch again.

Would you say that the back cushions tend to sag over time?
They still look as good today as when I got them. The bottom cushions are still pretty firm too surprisingly.
