I am so pleased I chose Josh and his team, Having built 3 pools in the state of Florida this being my 4th. Southern Screen by far has been the best experience. 3 coworker's are over a year into their projects and I'm going to be dipping my feet on about a week. From start to almost completion the communication has been great and informative. Project broke ground Mar 11, 2024. It's now 5-24-2024 and my safety inspection is scheduled. That means pools plaster and water soon. I say that because I'm staring at pallet of Fla Gem Pool Plaster. Oh boy. My yard had an unusual slope I was concerned about and throughout the whole process we worked as a team to mitigate any obstacles. Other contractors would have just said "Don't worry about it" and come final draw you feel like none of your concerns were addressed. Not Josh or Kevin. Very responsive. Every sub Southern hired had nothing but good things to say about his company. That tells me a lot about his business practice. With all the horror stories of pool contractors folding due to "someone's failed economy" and supply issues. It is refreshing to know I'll be swimming in less than 90 days since contract signing. Couldn't be happier. And I'm not even wet yet. But I know soon. I'll definitely recommend Josh to anyone who needs a pool installed.

That's the lambo of pool enclosures. How wide are those spans between the extra large columns? Is that a max width? I wonder how tight fitting the lowered screen walls are. Can frogs still get in under? Florida open pool owner here with bamboo, oak leaves and frog egg issues.

Do you have a website? What other type of work do you do? Insulated roof? Full yard landscape with lights? Thanks

Why the enclosed top? It serves no purpose. Looks like a bird aviary. I get the benefit of the screens, and love that there are also doors for access when the screens are down. However the screens on top will just gather leaves. It provides no shade, nor cover when raining. So serves no purpose. I would prefer slats, for a stylish look, or an enclosed roof, or even a louvre roof that could be open or closed. A mesh top just looks like a zoo cage.

How much do those cost? We're halfway through our pool build and we are installing a full panoramic enclosure.
