It doesn’t matter how many times you ask, if you have crappy credit and low income they are not going to increase your credit, when you credit score gets better, maybe your credit utilization is higher, or you may have a new credit, so the system is designed to keep charging you more interest, it’s always an uphill battle but being responsible and persistent things get better ( Eventually)

I have a 734 credit score with 0 collections and 0 late payments yet I was denied a $10,000 personal loan with Truist bank . Smh is there something I missing or is it just harder for African Americans to get loans ?

I am dealing with a company that intentionally reported false information. This one action caused my credit to drop over 150 points. The company reported that I was more than 30 days late on a payment. At the same time, they reported this account as a Write Off. Please understand, they did not send this account to collects. I have proof that I was never late as I am still making timely payments on the account. The company is Santander Consumer USA. I did and do not have any late payments from any other company. I do want to restore my credit as I am trying to do other things. How do I handle this?
