Great dancing. But some of the moves are moves that a man would do. The hip thrusting, running the hands through the hair, etc. So I would just call this a disco routine and not necessarily a ladies routine.

Great cardio routine 😊. Well done. I was a DJ from 1980 - 1992 and it is now agreed that it was every bit as good or better than the late 70’s Disco era for Dance music.
