Whole Wheat flatbread No Yeast Required
Come on bro why you scraping up the pot with the fork? I saw you sliding that fork around, then sure enough the next clip the pot is all scratched up lol
I just made this , it's so healthy ☺️
The sauce looks quite thin..
I love the part where she shows the recipe 😍😍😍😍😍
This recipe deserves more likes.
Recipe?
Whole Avocado or half?
Making this right nowww
Theyre trying to chestify her too much. We get it - she has good similarities but do somethig original with her. The 2 tracks rely so much on nostalgia. Its nothing innovative. New sounds sure but no use of the younger energy in the 2 new additions. Good tracks but lazy
One of my favorite pastas 🤤
Instructions: Spread the diced sweet potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker. Layer the uncooked brown rice and taco seasoning on top. Spread the can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes (with juices) over the rice and sweet potatoes. Then, add the vegetable broth to the pot. Spread the pinto beans and diced bell pepper on top of the other ingredients. Do not stir. Cook on high for 2 ½ hours or low for 4 ½ to 5 hours. Near the end of the cooking time, check to ensure the rice is tender. If there’s any excess liquid once the rice is tender, uncover the slow cooker, increase the heat to HIGH, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Once the rice is tender, gently stir the mixture to distribute the beans, rice, and veggies evenly. Serve as is - or add your favorite toppings.
Ingredients: 1lb (about 1 large) sweet potato, peeled and diced 1 cup uncooked brown rice 2 tablespoons taco seasoning 1 (14.5-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1 orange or red bell pepper, diced Salt to taste
Thanks luv
Some chopped fresh tomatoes and cilantro is good to add too! I made this, but I blend everything raw - then add to cooker. Comes out sooo delish
Blend your ingredients (onion garlic tomato paste etc) raw - then ad that to your rice in your rice cooker?
@@fatboy5926🙄yes
To call yourself Latin, you should at least sauté that garlic and onion...
Hey could you write the ingredients? I can't figure it out from the video
Her: "vegetarian casserole" Also Her: Puts a fucking egg on there😂
And chese☠️
Vegetarian means no meat or fish. You're thinking of vegan
Indian here we're generational vegetarians! Vegetarian means no animal product which involves killing a life. So yes egg is definitely not vegetarian. Vegetarian comes from vegetables lol
This is a healthy version That’s why it is not fried. To each his own
Omggg looks super good ❤❤

I’ve turned away from Spanish rice and I’ve just put straight tomatoes, red onions, garlic into my rice cooker and people love it
ingredients: 1 and 1/2 cups long grain white rice (uncooked) 1 (12oz) bag of frozen peppers and onion 2 and 3/4 cup vegetable broth 1 (15oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed 8oz enchilada sauce 1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a 9×13 baking dish, add the rice, frozen peppers and onions, and black beans. Stir to combine. Microwave the vegetable broth for 3 minutes until simmering. Add the warm vegetable broth and enchilada sauce. Stir to combine then cover tightly with foil. Bake for 40 minutes until the rice is mostly tender. Carefully remove the lid or foil using oven mits and stir the mixture. If there is still visible liquid, put it back in the oven uncovered for 5 minutes. Once the liquid is absorbed, top with cheese and return to the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let sit for a few minutes before serving then garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
I’m not even a teenager and I managed to make this, literally everyone in my family loved it 🥲
It takes 30 seconds to go to her website linked in her profile to find the whole recipe and instructions. I agree she should at least mention that in the caption and it would be easier if she gave the recipe here but don’t be lazy people you can easily find the recipe if you really want to.
Thank you!! :) Just pinned it in the comments!
@@iheartvegetables I made this last night and it was delicious 🔥

Or just use a rice cooker, invest in one.
Wash the rice first people, looks good!!
Not everyone washes their rice 🗣🗣🗣 go learn about indian cuisine
@@reynajagassar8290 I've never washed my rice. What is the theory behind that? Always curious about different techniques.
For this kind of dish, it better to not wash the rice because they want to retain the starch for the texture.
@@Mink_Tracks Respectfully, India is a very large country so perhaps i hadn't been to place you might have experience indian rice in india. However every indian i know wash their rice. People wash their rice to get rid of dirt and crap that might be inside the rice, but more important they getting rid of the starch for fluffier rice, that doesn't stick together, that especially for indian cooking.
@@eatsquawk Primary to remove the starch. Most asian want their rice fluffier and somewhat separated so they wash the rice to remove the starch. For a dish like Spanish Paella, you want to keep the starch to make the rice stick together so you avoid washing the rice. Secondary reason is to wash any dirt and debris to make the rice clean. Depending from where you get your rice, you wouldn't know what in the rice bag and it better safe then sorry to wash it well to avoid any problem.
Recipe please? I have MS and am constantly on the hunt for easy recipes.
Just pinned it in the comments!
@@iheartvegetables thankyou so much!

This is an incredible recipe! Thank you for sharing, my siblings and I loved this ❤😋
I'm so glad!
I love baking when I grow up I want to be a baker so I can make cakes for my family’s birthdays
What gorgeous cookies! 🍪🍪🍫
Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the water and stir until combined. (You can just stir it using a large wooden spoon. You don't need to knead the dough.) Cover with a towel and allow the dough to rise for 7-8 hours or overnight. When you're ready to bake the bread, move the oven rack to a lower position in order to allow a Dutch oven pot to fit in the middle of the oven. Place the Dutch oven with lid in the oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly dust your hands with flour and transfer the dough to a square of parchment paper. Using oven mitts, carefully remove the preheated Dutch oven, take off the lid, and lower the parchment paper with the dough into the pot. Cover with the lid and transfer the pot into the oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the Dutch oven lid and continue to bake for 15 minutes or until the bread has a golden brown crust. Let the bread cool, then slice and enjoy.
Ingredients: 3 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon active dry yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups warm water
