Bought a set in 2020, Have lasted me 4 winters so far and right now the tread is at 6/32" and it has become a bit harder and ride is not much comfortable as it used to be. The tires are manufactured in 2017 so the age is also an issue. I bought Continental Vikingcontact 7's since they were on sale (100$ off per set) and waiting for delivery. I live in Edmonton, Alberta.

@@NewDayNewProduct I was just commenting on your findings but I have had Defenders and they do tend to show their limits when the rain comes. Meanwhile, the CC2's, I don't care what kind of weather you hit, you have to be a complete idiot to cause them to lose control. Drive within the limits of the weather and the tires always seem to have plenty of grip, even with packed ice and snow. We lost some MPG with the CC2's, but the performance is so good, you need to just take the fuel economy hit.
