Is the backfire on these drag pipes normal?? Mine pops on decel quite a bit but I heard it doing it on this video too. I was assuming I have a bad seal on my exhaust gaskets but idk man I feel like everyone’s drag pipes pop quite a bit

Where did you order this kit from?

You don't choke to get the bike heated up, you choke to get the fuel oxygenated. Several minutes seems excessive, and you will probably be running very lean and you will get a lot of popping of the exhaust as fuel will pass through and burn up in the exhaust. On my bike, the manual says to run the choke for about 30 seconds, while in reality, it's more like 30 seconds + driving a few hundred meters after I have closed the choke, before it can idle on its own.

⁠I have a 2014 yamaha fz1, it’s naked but full faring. The upright riding position allows me to ride for hours and not be uncomfortable, straight handlebars are great for city maneuvering. The best part is, when I go on group rides with super sports I can keep up no problem. Turns at 130-150mph pretty confidently. I would highly recommend a fz1

Best thing i did was quit riding sportsbikes amd get a naked . So much more comfortable but keeping the power
