DECRYPTIC SHADOW I went yesterday yes, the pool is open but only in bear mountain lake. You need to look for the exact location otherwise you will get lost in the forest trails to the lake.

This is how I cook my pork belly making it extra crispy and hard. Cause that’s how I like it, like chicharon. I have cooked crispy pork belly straight in the oven before but it’s a bit too porky for me that’s why I like to boil it first. And most of the time I preboil meat to get rid of gunk. I usually don’t like to use the broth from the first boil. I make stews and soups like sinigang and adobo but I like to start fresh, not use broth from a previous recipe.

Once you'll get clogged arteries or stoke, then that's the time you'll understand why.....

Sweden for example has officially declared it's stance on fat vs carbs and sugar and profoundly is now invested in a high fat diet. Why? Natural fats from animal products can be high in antioxidants as well as being the building blocks for all your hormones and helping to repair collagen and many more processes in the body. The brain itself is also made of fat. All creatures in nature that are truly omniverous produces enzymes specifically for digesting animal fats and meat. Not to mention lots of nutrients are fat soluble which means if you don't have fat in place when you eat vitamins like e, a and k then you just pee them out, a complete waste. The highest rates of strokes and heart disease are places like Chile and India. Why? These places have low fat diets but sure love their sugar....... Some of the healthiest and most robust civilisations have been built around high fat diets..... such a dinosaur.
