2003 Toyota Prius Gen1 Rear Wheel Bearing replacement
Changing out seized rear wheel bearings on a 2003 Toyota Prius generation 1. First generation Prius. The process can be done on later generations. I had not seen a video for a first generation Prius. I decided to walnut blast my mini. It started to smoke too much and MPGs were dropping. Plus BMW says that regular maintenance requires walnut blasting at 60k miles. I have a 1999 ML320 that had a starting issue. It would start and then turn off after about 1 second. It would do this repeatedly. Sometimes it would never turn on. Thanks to 43SQD from benzworld, i found a solution. It is a bad key sensor on the ignition. It is not sending a proper reading of the key and kills ignition in the car. I have found that it could either be the AAM (the computer module that accepts the code from the key to start the car) or the key itself. I have a 1999 ML that locks up. I dont know why. I thought it was a gremlin with electrics so i unplugged the whole ABS unit and ESP relay and it still does this. It sounds like something is grinding or locking up. Always feels like it affects the driver front. It sometimes does it with the passenger. Any help or ideas.

I have a 1999 ML320 that locks up. The rear wheels turn fine. The front driver seems to be the worst of the front 2. Always sounds like it's grinding and locks up. The car even locks up in neutral.
