Great podcast on a topic that's not usually discussed. What's the prognosis for a patient who has developed this condition from a minor eyelid injury (poked by the bristles of a hairdresser brush) causing nerve irritation? It has been 3 months and the gap has gotten smaller albiet very slowly, but I still experience morning dryness. I've been told eyelid nerves can take up to 12 months to fully heal. What are your thoughts?
