Homemade Bacon Wrapped Chicken by AnotherDay.
For this recipe we used 1lbs chicken tenders, 1lbs hickory smoked bacon
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2-1 tsp Salt (sea salt)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Chili Powder
Mix all seasonings in a bowl, ensuring all clumps are out
wrap chicken with strips of bacon, use tooth pick to hold together.
add wrapped chicken tenders to seasoning, making sure to coat all sides well.
pre-heat oven to 350*
place seasoned wrapped chicken on broiler pan.
cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
let rest for 3-5 minutes and enjoy a fork tender sensation!
