Hi.... I'm a fresher and I have completed my internship in advance java....and joined at 26th july 2022.... For the past 6 months i was in bench and have got no project work .... @@explorewithravindra Yes I have updated the profile on TMP also continuously applying for relevant SOs, but getting rejection by some or other reason.. If I am on bench for longer period of time will they fire me..?

Refer talent pool jobs requirement and do courses accordingly so that u can be allocated into a project

@@explorewithravindra haa yarr same question hai mera actually intership mai bhi kuch padhaya nhi aur interview le liya tabh to clear kar diya i was joined in sept uske bad nov sai ek leke abtak around 2 months ek traning diya java ka to abh waha interview le rahe hai (yaha bhi khud se sabh padhna tha) ye project allocation interview hi hai shyad agar isko clear nhi kiya to kya hoga bhai?

Automatic assignment is just for that you can at least fill tru time, it's not real project assignment. you can connect with your HR
