I was praying 5 times daily went to Umrah first time and then started getting very bad intrusive thoughts which I didn’t know how to handle. I was told I had OCD put on medication and slowly slowly fought back with daily salat. Even tho I was struggling to do that at the time. Never give up continue and thankfully I’m so much better still on medication but not struggling, learn how to fight back .

I’m going through waswasa so much rn it started with the salah and I was thinking no it’s ok but now it got bigger it got to my urinating May Allah help me ameen

Firstly make a sincere intention to turn to ALLAH swt I.e (Do Tawbah) and keep trying your best to get connected to our Creator (ALLAH swt) never lose hope and keep yourself busy in Ibaadah and other work... DON'T follow the thoughts ignore it completely don't repeat it please... If anxiety happens let it happen but please never repeat the same thing again maybe the thought come about Any thing good or bad if it comes repeatedly reject it without being worry know that its from our biggest enemy (Shaytan) so treat him as an enemy... Be obedient to ALLAH not Shaytan... As RASOOLALLAH saws said in a hadith Waswasa is the sign of Clear Faith. the Shaytan comes only to the one who has Eemaan to steal it... ALLAH is with us he knows our intentions... Be happy and be patience and Turn to ALLAH before its too late... In Shaa ALLAH... He will cure us. ALLAHU Akbar ☺

I am suffering from severely bad thoughts about Allah, rasul ,quran..i don't want but it like ring into my mind & I am afraid of not forgiven by Allah,the more I want to get rid of those thoughts,seek forgiveness from Allah,the more I'm getting involved,I am so depressed that i can't concentrate in any work

Get a Al-Ruqyah Al Shariyah CD play it and keep a bottle of water e.g. its best to have zam zam water next to it drink it. But its best to read ruqyah your self on the water. But this does work too. Another way is to play ruqyah while having cupping done on yourself
