@@freddydad1 unfortunately on top been minus 8 degrees and have high pressure inversion killing the thermals. I will be trying on Easter. This site is famous for its very strong thermals and the views are amazing.

@@PatrykRElektronika Hopefully begining off January when being back to UK. In my country now it's amazing weather. From minus 16 degrees and snow to 12 degrees just from 800 meters difference. I hope to visit soon Somerset and Devon.

@@Fil2spil Yes, but not big deal. These days have been in very good condition. Not the first time to be fixed on flight. Everything is fine 👌

It looked quite top end, you landed vertically, there were hang gliders flying. It should be a big deal as it could save you getting blown back, make sure you do your pre-flight checks!

@@Fil2spil As usual I do it. I made seven flights that day. I made a choice to put video from flight number six, because I have more wings in the air and the light has been better. I promise you to make pre check's every time. I made so many flights because been very cold and running to my car to warm and drink coffee.

@@freddydad1 Definitely not smooth connection on the hill that day. Very wavy and turbulent. But I managed six small flights. It's very good for practice in these conditions. Thank you, mate 😊

@viktornikolov6703 Nice, I missed out yesterday as the forecast was looking pretty spicy, I've only got an hour of soaring under my belt. I learnt with leavesley at the south end of mynd.

Sorry to see your bad landing, it’s good to hear you are ok. The terrain was difficult to access to know if flat or rough, I have learnt to avoid making sharp turns so low, I try to get my height down then go in straight. Are you using two varios? I thought there was two different beeps.

Hi Steve. It's been 14/07/24. Probably you've been on Ringstead. Most of the time when I have been to the White House, I only enjoyed myself. Condition this day was great. I'm absolutely a beginner, but some pilots with experience will go to XC are to make a transition to Ringstead cliffs.. Thank you for your comment and watching my video.

Unfortunately, I'm not. I'm living in Northampton. But this is the place when I saw people flying and giving me an idea to try . This is the place when I finish my course and the first time I fly myself. I made two hours and fourteen minutes on my first flight. When you think it's good weather for flying only on weekends, let me know. I will come again.
