    ​@safwat.shafiq yo i typed a long ass comment but it seems to be gone 💀. Too lazy to write it all again, the key points are:- 1. The observer interacts with the particle which causes the collapse of the wave function. Eg: you're blind folded and standing in front of a door touching the face of the people who are coming in. You do this to figure out of they have a beard or nah. This will affect the behaviour of the people who just had a weird experience. 2. The observer doesn't have to be either conscious nor sentient. That's the wide scientific consensus. This is important as manifestation is tied to a conscious mind. Essentially, this one fact removes manifestation from the quantum world. 3. Within the bounds of human behaviour, manifestation is a tangible phenomenon. I completely agree with you on that. An example I can think of is the pygmalion effect. 4. Outside of human behaviour and the effects of our interaction with things - manifestation has zero proof of existence that's scientifically proven. 5. Please do lemme know if I'm wrong or point me to the general direction of where I can learn more about scientifically validated sources that support manifestation.

      @malayamigo There's a reason both science and spirituality has made it through the ages.. both hold strong pillars of understanding humans, the mind & the world around us. Being closed off to either one means you are closing yourself off to half of life's knowledge base. I think the best way to believe something is through experience. I am not a religious person but I do believe in the power of our mind and you kind of become spiritual in the process when you realize the intricacies & power of our physical, mental & spiritual aspects. Whether you call it manifestation or reprogramming the subconscious brain that doesn't matter as much as how drastically you, your mindsets, your perspectives & therefore everything around you can shift. As long as one is experiencing "more life" through more happiness, peace, joy, health, success that is all that matters.. which path or term you chose to go there then becomes subjective. Hope it makes sense! 🙌

      @safwat.shafiq i can totally accept everything ya just said, I'm an atheist but I've got no issues with religion, spirituality or other stuff. It's wonderful if people can believe in something and use it to change their lives for the better. My only gripe was the double slit experiment being tied to manifestation, it doesn't make sense to me and i genuinely cannot stomach not understanding something (⁠~⁠‾⁠▿⁠‾⁠)⁠~ Thanks for taking your time to reply mate, and i sure hope the best for your channel in the future.     The observer effect is a bit more complicated than this. The information you've provided until 3:22 is accurate but after that its kinda out there. Well, the double slit experiment is still a topic of discussion with no clear solution. And manifestation is not tied to the observer effect in any scientifically valid reason as far as i understand

      Hey hey! 👋 Hmmm.. You mean the facts I provided about the experiment are accurate but relating it to manifestation is not. I don’t think any scientist will ever just come out and say that observer effect = manifestation. But there’s also no denying that the observer does change the results of this experiment therefore they are intricately related. Even if someone doesn’t spoon feed it to us we should be able to draw our own conclusions by making sense of it. Also, many neuroscientists & doctors who have studied neuroscience in detail say the same that our mind is vastly capable of “materializing” things.. that it’s like a servo mechanism that “seeks” out the goal/target. When I read about this experiment in high school I treated it like any other study material but now that I have been deeply studying neuroscience & spirituality for over a decade I can not help but conclude that there’s definitely some link there. Hope that makes sense! 😅

      ​@@safwat.shafiqthe 'observer' is not necessarily a sentient entity. When we learn about it, it's oftentimes shown to be a 'person' whose 'watching' it and the mere fact that we are 'observing' it is causing the problem. It gets metaphysical and stuff which is not really helpful. During the double slit experiment, when not observed - it resulted in a pattern. When observed (they used a detector near one hole, to figure out which hole the particle is going through) this has a tangible effect on the particle that goes through the hole. The detector being there and looking for stuff passing through is actively changing the results just because it's there. Imagine that you're blind folded and standing in front of a door. Everytime someone passes by - you're touching their face to see if they have a beard or nah. This is going to affect the behaviour of those people who would have acted differently if you weren't there. Ofcourse scientists have noticed this issue, there are other variations of the double slit experiment to rule out this possibility to their best ability. But even now, it's not widely believed that it requires a "sentient" or "conscious" mind to be the observer. This is important cause manifestation is tied to a conscious mind. I do agree that out mind has a tendency to make stuff happen, the pygmalion effect (I hope it's spelled right 😭, I'm typing from memory here) is a great example of how our beliefs can affect our actions which in turn reinforce our beliefs. Like a self fulfilling prophesy. Within the bounds of human behaviour - manifestation is a valid phenomenon. But I find it hard to believe that it is related to quantum physics - that's a stretch mate. But hey, I'll be beyond happy if I'm wrong. Who wouldn't wanna manifest a million bucks in their bank account. As things stand now, scientifically - especially the quantum world - is not something that's bound to the mind. Maybe one day we'll get proof and if it happens, that would be the most important discovery we ever make.

    I completely agree. I developed psoriasis (an autoimmune disease) due to high levels of stress, lack of proper sleep, and constant overthinking and anxiety during my years of studying. I’ve learned the hard way that health is everything, and nothing is worth compromising it. Now, I try to let go of things I can't control and always prioritize my sleep and well-being. Although my disease isn’t cured, it has gone into total remission.

    I work 6 days x 12hrs a day.. 3pm to 3 am 2hrs commuting.. When am i supposed to get all this sleep?

      Hey hey! Ofc we go through phases in life where we need to go extra hard. But it cannot be a regular thing. If you truly want to prioritize your health then you need to be aware that sleeping less is not good for you and therefore you need to do something about it. Once you make that decision and are truly committed you will find different ways to accomplish this provided it’s a true priority for you. Imagine what would happen if you fall sick.. then you would have to accommodate that rest somehow or pay in medical bills so why aren’t you taking the more preventative approach of truly prioritizing your health rather than relying on the treatment approach. I am a believer of prevention over treatment so that would be my recommendation.

      @@Beethechange1 that’s fine. I have been there. I was sleeping for 3 hrs every night 6 years back. But I knew it’s not right and therefore continued changing my life around until I could afford to 7-8 hrs.

    Yay! Welcome to this WOE. For skin moisturizer, try tallow or lard balms. They leave my skin looking extra amazing! Coconut oil is also wonderful.

      Yes! Absolutely, I have yogurt & kefir from time to time. Since it's getting a little colder now haven't been having a lot recently but both are amazing, specially for all the probiotics!! 🙌

    What happens on the skin is a manifestation of things that are happening inside our bodies. It cannot be fixed externally. Example: with skin cancer we have cancer present already in other organs like liver.

    Calories? Better listen to Bart Kay on that. No need to even consider the concept. You are eating a proper human diet, enjoy and thrive, no need to count that, whatever it means.

      @enelhorno2024 Yepp! Totally agree.. I hardly do that anymore. It's so easy to go overboard on calories when eating processed junk because they are just empty calories and no nutrition. But with real food you can eat as much as required, feel full AND get all the nutrition your body actually needs! 🙌

    Not having to portion control is the only reason I've been able to stick with this diet for the last 3 months (barely ketovore. I have a small amount of a fruit/veggie with dinner). I've lost 20 lbs. I have to keep an eye on my fat and electrolyte intake (my brain gets fuzzy when I don't have enough). It's been wonderful. I can't do eggs due to eczema sensitivity, so I'm even discouraged from trying to make the "carnivore" tortillas/desserts, etc, so been focusing on the whole foods. I'll also say I was so surprised that I am not yet bored on this diet yet. I used to research a new recipe every day and I hated making the same thing twice. Now I'm just double checking meat prep instructions and some kind of basic veggie prep for the spouse/kiddo.

      I've tried lots of diets, too! Paleo I managed to follow for a year but the cravings were just too much and I didn't see much of a difference when adding back in other foods. Keto I did well on, but again I had cravings and fell off. What I love about carnivore is that (as long as I am FED) I have zero cravings even if I can smell/see it. Which is good, because my spouse still eats sweets and my little eats paleo+dairy so gets lots of fun foods.

That's amazing 🙌 so proud of you 🤗 I hope you're feeling much better & more energy now! & yes that's the good part that you can make it your own.. my husband often eats only meat but i sometimes add some veggies.. at the end of the day.. if you're relatively healthy.. it doesn't make sense to follow some random rules to the t, but always wiser to tweak it to fit your life better & as long as we are staying away from ultra processed food, eating real nutritious food, limiting unnecessary glucose consumption & feeling AMAZING that's all that matters 💗

      @cimmerianmuse13 hahaha THIS is sooo on point 😅 I remember a few months back.. when i had initially started ketovore and went out after a meal.. someone passed me with 2 beautiful cheesy slices of pizza right in front of my face & nose.. & it didn't make ANY difference LOL.. Normally i would go crazy and start craving a slice instantly but NOTHING happened. I was SO SHOCKED hahaha 😛

    i need portion control to get enough calories ....bought 1kilo ground beef with 30% fat today and hoped it will be enough, should be around 3300kcal....already ate 2/3 for my first meal

      Yeah for this diet I found I have to be more careful that i don’t under eat too much in terms of calories because red meat is so satiating as opposed to starving on other diets.

      @@snubdawg1386 If you're just starting out then it's normal to feel this way as your body is getting used to using ketones for power as opposed to glucose. So give it some time. But if you have been there for some time now & still feeling tired when working out, it may be due to an electrolyte imbalance.. sodium is the most common & we use salt in all food so I doubt it's a sodium deficiency but most probably it's potassium or magnesium. Recently I started adding sea salt or celtic salt to the first glass of water I have in the morning (I usually workout right after) & instantly I feel more awake & more energetic. Try it for few weeks and check if this makes any difference, hope this helps! ☺

      @@safwat.shafiq thx...i stopped putting salt into my morning water because i eat 2 big meals a day and don't hold back with the salt when eating, so i try to give my body a break....i add more butter to my meals and now they are very satiating ....how do you make sure that you eat 80% fat daily? i already buy the fattiest pieces of meat i can get and add a lot of butter but i think i'm still way under 75% and don't really know how i should count the accurate fat percentage on a natural product like meat

    Dairy can cause acne, especially the fats like butter, ghee. That may only happen if you have intestinal dysbiosis to begin with though. Caffeine can do it too if you have intestinal dysbiosis.

      Yeah I thought that too at first so I cut out all dairy for a few months but it didn’t change anything. I think in my case it‘s just processed carbs, sugars & seed oils tbh.
