Graceriver Farms
Добавлен 4 мар 2023
Welcome to Graceriver Farms. We are a small beef cattle and hay farm with about 40 acres. You will see content about working with our cows, producing hay, and working on various things like repairing farm equipment and tinkering on vehicles or anything that happens around the farm.
Turning out our weaned calf
In this we prepare for colder weather by moving pastures and turning out our weaned calf at the end. #cows #farmlife #calves #countrylife

Nice 😊
Do you have any problems with leaving that net wrap on your hay when you put em in the feeders?
I don't have any net wrap, I only use the grass twine, I have never run into any problems but I'm not gonna say I won't. Thanks for watching!
Thanx for this step by step video,my man i have overhauled a 4230 similar pump and its still pushing out the oil on top at the steering wheel?what can i look for will apreciate
Thanks for watching, mine was leaking out the top of steering shaft and It was that seal where the shaft goes into that steering block, my seal had to go in a certain way and could be put in upside down by accident, and I may be wrong but I think there was another style pump also so I'm not sure.
I had the 24v solenoid welded closed on my '67 4020, I had to do the same dance to tear off a battery cable, NOT fun. Makes me think I need a shutoff switch
A master switch is a good idea, I have also burnt bad battery post connections on the batteries of those 24v systems when I was younger
Escaped cattle convict

1980s farm
😁😁😁Took her all night to climb the mountain
They are loud
Nothing better than sitting on the porch at night after a long day of working in the hayfield all day and listening to all the sounds.
How many acres a year do y’all cut and bale. I’m in Arkansas we do around 200 acres twice a year
We only do roughly 52 acres in spring and 32 in the fall. Thanks for watching!
That's a lot of grasshoppers!
😂what press did you use to strengthen your bars? I would like to know cause looks like it done a good job. Thank you Dwight 6th
I'm not sure of the name, but it came from Harbor Freight tools. Thanks for watching!
Great video saved me a lot of what I need to take to the field with me cause mine is broke down at our farm an hour away from the house for this exact issue
That stinks to be that far from the shop, but glad the video could help a bit, Thanks for watching!
I got an 848 baler. Mine holds pressure until starting bale then right leaks somewhere have no idea. Now mine has bent bar & jumped time.
Dang that stinks, these are baling machines when they are right, I mix up a spray bottle of water and dawn dish liquid to find the leaks if I have a problem, one of my bags was dry rotted last year and had very small pin holes in it.
Thick hay! Is that fescue? Looks good
Yes fescue and orchard grass, he has always kept a beautiful farm! Thanks for watching!
Nice thick hay. Did that guy fertilize it any?
Yes I'm not sure when, last fall or early spring, thanks for watching!
Great video, reminds me how slow tying with string is! Your Tractor runs very nicely
