In case of AppExchange you would have to install the upgrades very often which is practically not feasible. We make sure your data is secure in transit by using HTTPS. Also, as of now we don't store your data anywhere. We only store the Org's usage matrix without any personal information (PII). You can completely trust it. Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback. For process builders you can use Export Flows feature in PackMagix. It should cover both Flows and Process Builders as metadata types.

Thanks for your feedback. You can query EventLogFile object in Dev Console. However, you cannot download the log files from there. You need to use some of the tools to download it from Salesforce. Thanks.

@hemillathiya9728 I just tried in 1 of my developer Orgs and its showing more than 200 Custom Metadata records as well. What steps you are performing ? 1. Please open Custom Metadata Loader menu in Home screen 2. Select the Custom Metadata Type from the drop down menu 3. Wait for few seconds before the Custom Metadata Records appear in the table below. 4. Once table populated with records, you can see the row count on the top right corner of the table. Alternatively please also try querying on Custom Metadata Type in Dev Console or Data Export menu in PackMagix and let me know how many record you see ?

I believe you are asking about Apex API versions ? I don't think Apex API versions are retiring with this. Its only the SOAP / REST API Versions which are used to connect to your Salesforce Org are going to retire. Good news is that Salesforce has postponed the API versions 21.0 through 30.0 API versions retirement until the Summer '25 release. help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=000389618&type=1

1. As per documentation given in below link, Salesforce gives free 1 day retention of total API usage event log files for Enterprise, Unlimited and Performance editions. You can try enabling it in your org as it allows for free. trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/event_monitoring/event_monitoring_intro#:~:text=Shield%20Event%20Monitoring%20is%20available,you%20to%20purchase%20a%20license. 2. In worst case, you will need to contact all of your integration teams who are connecting to your Org using SOAP API / REST API and instruct them to not to use the API versions 21.0 through 30.0 going forward. 3. Note: LoginHistory table in Salesforce has ApiVersion column in it. However, it may not be always populated correctly for all integrations. In some cases its just populated with N/A value instead of a api version.

Go to Salesforce Org -> Setup -> Connected Apps OAuth Usage -> Package Explorer -> click on the User Count number to view all users using this app.

@@MohamedBaris-pc1db The EVENT_TYPE for SOAP API is API and for REST API is RestApi in the downloaded files. Please check the USER_ID column to get the Id of User who is calling the API to your Salesforce Org. I hope this helps.

You can click on your username on right top corner and click on 'Log Out' button to remove the access. Even if you don't 'Log Out' it will automatically expire the session after time out setting given in your Org (mostly after about 30 mins).
