When I get new palettes (since I don’t purchase a lot) I like to use them consistently until I feel I really get to use every shade and get a good feel for everything ☺️

@@EdenBaynes oh no!!! That is one shade I haven’t put all over the lid yet; I did use it on the lid a little but just as an accent. I will have to see how it holds up when I use it on the lid as a main shade! I’m glad to here the other two looks have worked well for you though 😊

@@savannahbooksandbeauty17 To be honest, I don't use something that is labelled eye base but an eyeshadow stick. I prefer the Nabla Cupid's Arrow and the Kiko Long Lasting Eyeshadow Stick. They are both very easy to apply and blend ❤️

My four looks video for that will be next Fridays video but I’m annoyed with myself because I had so much fun filming and playing with it that I kept talking during the looks and the video is ridiculously long…..🤦🏼‍♀️ but I had fun doing it and I suppose that’s all that matters!

Thank you! That is so funny, I honestly enjoy trying to make sure I only add things to my collection that I truly think add to it and aren't just dupes and repeats of what I already have because I don't want a massive collection as I find that overwhelming and I want to use what I have!

Something about it is just not quite right for me, but I am curious to see the swatches of it at least, but in 99% sure I’ll pass on it 😊

@@EdenBaynes those palettes would probably cover a majority of the shades in the new cosmic brushes palette, so I guess the question would be are the shimmers in the palette unique to your collection and/or are the combination of mattes that are in the palette unique to where you would need to grab multiple of your green palettes to have all of those options available for a look! And of course if you actually want it 😊

@@Nohemie617 oh no! I hadn’t seen anyone else say theirs broke but that is disappointing! I wanted this for a cute travel palette as well but I don’t think I will use it for that out of fear. And I don’t know why they would break because the formulas within the palette seem exactly like their other ones

@@Nohemie617 so the three shimmers I know you are talking about are similar. However their base colors are very different. A Sylph: mustard yellow base, Mystic Meadow: a tan base and then Moonflower: a red brown base. The mustard yellow base has a blue shift, the tan has a green and the red brown has a champagne shift. Now if you put them on the eye next to each other they do blend into each other quite a bit, but the shifts in them are quite different so I think you can distinguish the difference. I think Sylph and Mystic Meadow blend into each other the most but even still look different because their shifts are different! I hope this helps 😊

@@imaginarycosmetics thank you! Yeah I think the lipsticks would have been cool with a little more variety like Ty Lee’s being more pink and Mai’s leaning more black-red. I’ve really been enjoying everything so much and I definitely think it added a lot to my collection that I didn’t have. I can dupe a few things but a lot are actually much more different than I thought so that is exciting! But I bought this because I love ATLA, not for my typical rules in purchasing, which is not normally my thing but no regrets for this one 😊

@@delobster7711 I finished all four of the books from persephones point of view! The last books video will be up this fall, I filmed the TOG videos before I did that one! I am still debating reading from Hades perspective because I just enjoyed these books less and less as I continued to read them. My favorite Hades and Persephone books are by Rachel Alexander and it is The Receiver of Many series! ❤️

Yes the greens are similar. That is why I didn’t buy the original Flower Moon. This one is different and has fewer similar shades, but some of the green shimmers could definitely have been altered to be more different and unique or just been different colors all together!

Yes I thought the look came out super cute! I love doing low to no base looks because sometimes I just can’t be bothered or my skin is too sensitive! My lethal order shipped later on Thursday after I filmed this and I tried to insert a note in the editing saying that but for some reason the text didn’t show up when the video uploaded! 🤦🏼‍♀️ but yes it took a long time for it to ship out and I definitely wasn’t the first or the last to get my order in

Yes I think they should have stated there would be a preorder because it was obvious there was going to be a demand for a restock! I also hope they get your issue resolved, their customer service is usually very good! 😊

Yes it was exhausting and I’m hoping everyone was able to get what they wanted! Their customer service is great so I’m sure they have handled everything for everyone to the best of their ability! And yes I still stand by what I said and I agree with you they teased this collection for wayyy too long which I think added to their launch issue. Hopefully in the future they have far more servers than 6!

Yes I was able to pick it up but it was a nightmare! My next Friday video I’m going to talk about the whole process, I feel bad for everyone that was involved because I haven’t seen a situation like that since pre-2020! For me eyeshadow palettes don’t really expire 🫢 but it’s because they are powders and they don’t really have the same issue has liquids. I also am normally not a collector at all, I don’t want that mentality, but I love Avatar so much so I really wanted to get it and I wasn’t going to but my husband said why not so I did! I had checked out my collection ahead of time to see what I could dupe and some of the mattes I could but fewer than I actually thought
