i have loaded the point but the message are showing "you have successfully added the points" but in georeff interface does not show the point. i have also enabled the panel & add the modified imaged.
Georefencer can't shown in plug in qgis

Map 1:12500 ki scale pr banana hai or 78°29'30 to 78°29'45 and 78°30'60 is tarah se 15 second ki grid difference dena hai to interval me kya value dali jae.....
I have choosen uttrakhand shpfile map and I have classified it on the basis of name but only single colour is applied to all map instead of different colours on each district
select your .shp file then click on properties then choose categorised option in the first bar & choose value on wich you want to categorised

You have to correct your GEOREFERENCING .. correct your GCP points ..
