Get out some cooking magazines. There should be good pictures in there. And if you start getting too many things for a letter, start layering. Oh, and maybe text or lettering on the images telling what things are could add another neat layer. I have started my own Alphabet glue book too!!!!

I literally did the exact same thing when trying to make faux Polaroids! I’m laughing so hard listening to you tell about doing the exact same thing that I did that I’m crying! I love to laugh like this! And I’m so glad I found your channel! And I’m so glad to know I’m not the only one who has such moments as the one we both had in relation to not knowing we could just glue the image down and then cut around it to make the base of the Polaroid! You could have just placed the person on top of the pattern paper without cutting it. I have trouble with the fussy cuts more than the background. Love your gluebook so far, also pages don't always get done in one sitting. Hope to see more of your glue booking journey ❤

You sound like you just need to start with a background first! I use acrylics, watercolors, markers, or cover a page in just background collage first!!!!! ❤❤❤

I think the key word in the title of Nicole's channel is "relax". There are no rules but you seem to be trying to impose them on yourself. I have just started my very first glue book and it's a colour themed one. I am finding the fussy cutting the worst and I have a logical mind so I'm hoping I'll be able to cope with the randomness when it come to building the page. Just do what makes you happy.

Its fun though isnt it ! Something I do alot is to use neutral colours to start, like old book pages and music pages , even brown paper bags or packaging, and ilike to tear the paper instead of cutting as it seems to give a better flow to the finished work

My parents taught me to keep my mouth shut. If I have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all, because you don't know why people do what they do or what they have been thru in life. Life can be a very abusive, dangerous, and hurtful in more ways that you will ever know and having your opinion to add to their misery could be the tipping point and cause more pain than they can live with which makes you the one who is guilty of causing the final blow to their life's. And can you live with that for the rest of your life? Those who claim to be Christian are some of the ones should be the most aware of their opinions because they are devasting to so many people with their thinking that they sit at the right hand of God and their judgement is always right without knowing anything about the path that person lived. Christians judge me because I have a "nontraditional" family and I have been attacked and threatened by more Christians than any other group. Something to think about when you are judging others because they dont live what you believe to be normal with no knowledge of who or what they know nothing about. Try passing that along especially to children who are taught to judge, hate, dismiss and hurt others because of their parents words and what they are exposed to and what they should be exposed to to see we are all human regardless of their differences. The differences that gives us all opportunity to learn and to respect. sorry but I am tired of hate, violence, death threats, fear of public, kicked out of a come as you are church thinking I could find acceptance just to be condemned by Christians.
