And I'm also really excited sa mga bagong duo/units...like Hoshi and Seungcheol...or ung ibang members din. I feel like they will bring a different but same energy as some of the members enlist and some return. I'm just excited because I trust that it's never going to be boring with them. 🤩 Kaya every concert, whoever man will be present, I will still watch.

@@1_to_sarang The story centers on a character who experiences transmigration into a fictional online game, so could be classified under the "more intresting" and "newer" sub-genre that Monica is looking for. It's also a high school love story, so it's still filled with the typical fluff (which I think Korean BLs are especially good at). It's a good watch overall, but I would say that I've seen better Korean BLs. A lot of people online seem to really love it, so perhaps it's just a matter of personal taste as well.

Thought you’d never ask 😉 Here goes: 1. Light on Me - My all-time favorite Korean BL. This one healed my inner child who never got to experience watching a queer, coming-of-age love story growing up. It’s super fluffy. I consider it the gay equivalent of a typical high school romance K-drama that’s just pure kilig. But!!! This show is very well-written; the characters and tropes seem very stereotypical at first, but you’ll discover there’s hidden depth to them. Very good production value - it’s the series that made me think Korean BL is starting to go mainstream because it’s clear the production had budget. And the episodes are longer than the usual Korean BLs (they average 25 mins; I say average because weirdly the episodes varied in length lol, from 19 mins shortest to 34 mins longest) and it has 16 episodes which is unusually a lot for a Korean BL (or in BL in general). I remember I held off watching the last 2 episodes for at least a week just because I didn’t want the series to end lol. An absolute must-watch for me!

2. Where Your Eyes Linger - This is the very first Korean BL I’ve watched, so I hold it very dearly. Found this review that I think perfectly sums it up: “Perfect soft angst. You know that perfect angst that rather than making you feel like you want to die, makes your heart flutter? That was it.” 3. Blueming - This one was a pleasant surprise for me. I’ve never seen any promos prior to watching it; I just randomly clicked on it on iQiyi and was pleasantly hooked from the first episode. It’s by the same director who did “Where Your Eyes Linger,” so it really is of good quality.
