Go get the thin flat nut they use on electrical boxes. They come in sizes from 3/4 inch up to 2 inches. Then you can use two nuts and get a very tight fit. I would put the thin nut on top of the door plate and the thick nut on the bottom of the plate. You can also re-thread the nipple so two big nuts fit.

2 are not necessary though only need the one to stop it falling from the cabinet because with it all piped up there is no movement or vibration happening so you don't really need 2 to hold it tight plus the hose holds it fairly still anyway

Because there limited space, the engineer has used a fly lees to allow for a comms hub to be installed. The plastic you mention is a shroud to protect you from either a live component, or a cut out with no bungs so you don’t get electrocuted. You also have a C17 code issue (Black plastic cut out). It’s probably worth contacting your electricity board to see if they intend on coming out to you to replace your cut out.

Looks like oil has leaked from all the usual spots(and for quite some time) - vacuum pump, valve cover, intake manifold maybe even turbo inlet and that little airbox breather hose. I'd personally replace a lot of those coolant hoses, though that would depend on if the engine is saveable for cheap. I hope so because M47/57 are the best diesel engines. Lets see, suscribed 👍

I know this is 2 yrs old.. I needed the dust to be taken away at a right angle immedately it leaves the saw. I used an inner tube inside a right-angle bend plumbing connection. Then a 'swept-bend' to get the top tube joining. All goes into a £50 wet n dry vacuum from toolstation with the switched plug socket in the front. Finally, I threw away the metal stand, replacing it with a wheeled table and the long gaps at the bottom sides sealed with wooden strips. The excess wood dust that collects underneath gets removed quite well as the vacuum does that, especially as I replaced the blade 'tray' with a homemade one (wood- and the blade gap was created by switching on and slowly raising it. This made a perfect slit. Did the same with the blade set to 90). Basically, I sealed all gaps I could to increase the vacuum suction. Sorry this was long.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the lead screw. The lead screws could be dirty (if so: clean and re-grease) or there might be a fault in the thread. You could try and turn them around (upside down) and see if the problem persists. If the thread turns out to be the reason you can either accept the artifact on very high prints or consider changing out the faulty leadscrew(s).
