Why would you use 2008 Green Hulk? He's literally the weakest and dumbest version of Green Hulk. He'd get knocked out fairly quickly by Omniman. At least set it up with Bruce, as Smart Hulk, then when Green Hulk comes out, he'd be at a starting level that could compete with Omniman, and it would be a Green Hulk that can rationalize his anger.... perpetually fueling it. 2008 Hulk barely has a mind and identity, and his anger would fizzle out, reverting back into Banner. At least the current Bruce and Hulk could communicate and work together...which is what creates a world breaker. 2008 Hulk would never become a world breaker no matter how angry he got. Thats not how the characters work.
