Just me, but the forest realm symbol kinda looks like a flame to me so I would have guessed "fire realm" but that's just me😅

One error I have to point out is that the drones did NOT mass produce Accele-Chargers. RD-L1 is the only one shown using them, and they are shown being retrieved when he crashes. The only time they are used on other drones, RD-L1 is shown using them on a device that sends the Accele-Charger energy to other drone cards--this isn't mass producing them, but using one Accele-Charger on multiple vehicles at once.

It wasn't really copy the legitimate AcceleChargers, it is transferring their power to any connected Drone vehicle as we see in Neon Pipeline Realm part, RD-L1 inserts Teleport in the "Master Unit" and there's other units connected and the energy flows to the units connected to RD-07 Bikes and there's nowhere to insert an AcceleCharger to said Bikes.

Easily the most interestingly written HF villain was Core Hunter, who sure, never appeared in the cartoon, but was the main antagonist of the HF book the doom box, where he was a former Hero exiled because he was defective. He once collected Hero Cores as a hobby which later turned into a serious obsession. But my favourite Hero Factory villain for me personally would have to be Thunder.

Why does everyone keep say the Silencerz won the Cliffside Realm? They had 'four' Accelechargers: Metro, Ice, Neon Pipeline, and Cosmic.

Devastator will always be my favorite for several reasons. a) He was the first to appear in G1 b) He was one of the few G1 combiners that had 6 members instead of 5, at least that I can think of c) To me, his individual members seemed well thought out and had more character development, as opposed to later teams that usually focused on the combined robot, or just the lead robot d) The leader Scrapper, or the one who usually lead, wasn't the usual "torso" bot, but was actually the leg, which was different from all the other combiners. e) The Constructicons, by far, got the most screen time of all the combiners.

For me, Von Nebula is my favourite. I love how he started off as a hero but unsure if he really wanted to be one. I imagine he decided to abandon Stormer and Thresher because up to then, he had the impression that hero factory showed little gratitude towards his achievements or cared about what he really wanted to be. His jealousy of Stormer is also an admirable catylist that drives his villainy. The fact that Von Nebula is paranoid by seeing Stormer as trying to overshadow him because of all the great things that Stormer has done that he has not is tragic. All of this makes you think that maybe he might not have chose villainy if he had perceived things differently and circumstances were different.

However, rally surprised that you apparently know plenty of racing and automotive terms, and were able to pronounce “kamikaze” - a Japanese term - correctly, but pronounce “semis” as “see-miss” and not “seh-mais” or “sem-mees”. “Semis” is the plural for “semi”, which is itself a contraction of “semi-tractor-trailer”, more commonly known as 18-wheelers
