What weighing scale is that. Mines too thick!
Do you have a young kid? The background sounds like what my kid was listening to lol
Yes, that's why is hard for me to make video.
Great video, beautiful machine 🎉
under extracted. Try a finer grind setting
How was that coffee?
An "unexperience" home-barista with a $6K setup and that level of latte art? I don't think so.
More vids on the micra pls! 😊
Beginner my ass, that latte art was awesome! Question man, is it worth the huge price tag. I mean you could’ve gotten an E61 spaceship with flow, pid, probably a holographic barista making the shots for you 😂 For a future upgrade I have looked at micra cuz of how good it looks and small foot print. Two other quick questions: - Is the space from the spout is the portafilter to the tray too small? I saw you were able to fit a cup and a scale but looked tight - is the steam wand angle issue? It looked like awesome steam power Thanks!
All E61 ugly and old 😂😅 and require the too much maintenance.
Search for bellezza bellona or proftic move good machine !
Scale bros!
Thanx Gabe! Say, does your puck screen rub against the shower head screw?
wow great video! Just checking, what is the scale you used in the video please? Thanks! :)
How noticeable are marks on the black color? Do you constantly have to clean it to remove fingerprints? (I noticed that you have to hold the machine with hand to insert the portafilter). Have there been any scratches over time?
throwing out perfectly good coffee to get exact gramatur in a shot will soon end once coffee is unreachable for plebs in communist world 😃
nice stuff
Nice stuff
Id recommend talking over listening to that music
Nice work my friend i agree with the earlier comment about using wdt tool little more to make an even and flat bed , also using bottomless by itself will help seeing extraction clearer so you can detect if there is any channelling and so forth..nice set up . congrats
Thanks for the tips! I will do that. Thanks for the love ❤
Thank for sharing the video if you do! 🙏🙏🤙
if thats what an „inexperienced“ home barista looks like, I dont wanna know what I look like. nice setup!
Jajajajaja that's funny. Thanks for the love. Im need a lot to learn.
Looks like an overpriced machine...You can a very high-quality machine for 2k ...7k for that thing ?
You buy what make you happy. There's is a lot of good machine. Just find the one you love and make coffee ❤
Linea Micra owner here. Machine is a complete piece of crap. Randomly leaks clear water from the grouphead or portafilter into the cup below for no rhyme or reason.
Wow really from such high end machine? and you contacted LM about this?
Did you contact La Marzocco?
No leaks here. My machine is running well. There is chat on a forum where this happens and it was a quick fix by LM.
Got same issue here. Did you fix it?
Lovely work! Though I wish you had done it with the bottomless
Nice work! I'd recommend ditching the wedge distributor (they do more harm than good) and working on your WDT technique. The coffee bed should be flat and even after WDT. Rest the portafilter flat on your tamping matt/table instead of doing it in the air, then do little circles in a spiral pattern, starting at the bottom of your puck and moving upwards until you reach the top of the puck and the coffee is nice and even. Then give it one solid tap to settle the grounds and tamp. You'll know that you've done it right because you can take off your spouts and it won't be spraying everywhere (assuming a non super-light coffee and a traditional espresso grind size).
Thank you for the amazing tip! I will do that 🙏♥️
Waiting for more coffee beans. Thanks if you shared the video!
How many grams did you waste?
I use 18g
No idea how I stumbled across your channel but oh well, always fun seeing other peoples setups haha. One thing I noticed that you might want to think about though: It looks like you reference your output weight when you stop the pump, not a bad way to do it, but using the weight after the coffee stoped flowing is more accurate. Depending on how fast the shot is flowing, the amount of coffee coming through the puck after the pump stops can differ quite substantially. Ergo you get more even and comparable numbers regardless of the shot's flow rate.
Thanks for the recommendation. That's why I'm doing this videos so people can help me to get better and learn from my error. Thnks for the love and support ❤
It’s a shame about the spout. Can’t angle it.
Music. Arrrgh!
Progress for the second ❤
Hey Gabiel, thanks for the video, awesome machine! Btw, I would prefer it with music at a lower volume
Thanks for the tip!
Thank you for a concise video. I thaught randy Newman was going to start singing. But fab video and keep doing what you do.
😂😂😂😂Thank for the love!
Lol nice thou, too much background noise and the music is little loud. But it looks dope bro. Keep it up. Start doing reviews too lol
prefer without the music or lower the volume. nice set up. jelly. i wonder how long that plastic spout will last.
Thank you for the feedback. I will do a better one on my second video. Waiting on the coffee beans. ❤🎉
I think most will use without spout
@@ollydeardenYes me to.
Y’all need music in your life… or lower your volume 😮
Loved your video, I’m craving for a micra and I’m devouring every video I can 😅 there’s just one missing piece of information I need, do you know what’s the height between the portafilter in place with and without the double spout to the water tray?
With the portafilter in place until the grill is 5 inches and with the double spout is around 4 inches.
@@Gabiel-martinez thank you so much for your reply that really helps!
