The difficulty of this minigame depends on the frequency of Zombonis mainly. Zombonis are the biggest threat in this minigame for the following reasons: • They are tough, they have as many health points as Buckethead Zombies, and they are no reusable plants that are cheap enough and can defeat them easily without allowing them to crush the Sunflowers. For that matter, even Spikeweed is not reusable, it disappears as soon as it kills a Zomboni. • Nothing can stop them without killing them, they crush the plants instead of eating them. The worst thing is that even Garlics cannot divert them to other lanes so they cannot prevent them from crushing the Sunflowers. Jack-in-the-Box Zombies can be dangerous too, especially if there are no Magnet-shrooms, because they can explode on the Sunflowers.

This is the strategy that I use for this minigame: • Puff-shroom and Imitater Puff-shroom - At the beginning I use them in order to attack the zombies, later I use them in order to delay the zombies, force Pole Vaulting Zombies to jump, or destroy trash cans. • Scaredy-shroom - I plant Scaredy-shrooms in the three leftmosts columns in lanes with Sunflowers, and two Scaredy-shrooms in the two leftmost columns in lanes without Sunflowers, and sometimes for the same purposes as Puff-shrooms if there are too many Pole Vaulting Zombies or Trash Can Zombies. • Fume-shroom - I plant two Fume-shrooms in front of the Scaredy-shrooms in the lanes without the Sunflowers. • Grave Buster - To destroy the graves, there are four graves in this minigame. Fortunately, new graves cannot spawn in this minigame. • Garlic - I plant a Garlic in front of every Sunflower in order to prevent the zombies from touching the Sunflowers. • Magnet-shroom - I plant a Magnet-shroom behind every Sunflower in order to confiscate metallic items of the zombies so that it'll be easier to kill them and they won't destroy the plants. • Wall-nut - I plant a Wall-nut in front of the Fume-shrooms in order to stop the zombies. • Squash - To kill Zombonis quickly, this is the cheapest plant that can kill Zombonis instantly without taking time to activate unlike Potato Mine. In the expansion pack this plant is actually more expensive than in the original game, but it's still cheap. • Spikeweed - To kill Zombonis quickly, unlike Squash than can kill instantly all zombies in this minigame, Spikeweed can kill only Zombonis instantly. Spikeweed is more expensive than Squash, but it recharges faster.

Instead of the useless Cob Cannon, I recommend to take Garlic.
