You can track on the TLSContact website and if it doesnt work then try on VFS glocal. You will also be sent an email by th TLSContact

No, this is not an error etc but it is just a matter of time. Some people get email from UKVI and view their eVisa the same day and some wait few days.

As I said earlier there is no 19 pounds fees and secondly you need a passport or BRP to apply for eVisa. Are you in the UK or outside?

It means UK Visa application centre TLScontact will be replaced by VFS Global at different locations (countries/cities) so make sure before you making a UK visa application
