Autobiographical Sitcom Lab with Brian Levant
Film and TV writer/director Brian Levant (The Spy Next Door, Are We There Yet?, hundreds of other credits) recently visited the Stagecoach Foundation for an amazing workshop on turning life stories into sitcom pilots. From stories about imaginary childhood friends to college dorm life, the students’ pilots were funny, thoughtful, and honest. Huge thanks to Brian Levant for sharing his expertise with Stagecoach’s TV writers on the rise, and thanks to the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts for hosting!
