Hello everyone, welcome to Ammie’s Kitchen!! I’m just a wife and Mom who LOVES food and LOVES too cook and I wanted to share how you can make delicious food at home that doesn’t break the bank and with ingredients you have either tried or is easy to get! I will show how to make your meals HOMEMADE from scratch or semi homemade! If your looking for traditional Mexican or New Mexican recipes then you are in the right place, but honey I don’t stop there I cook all types of food and soon your family will be enjoying these great meals! Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Burgers
If you need a quick and easy dinner idea or want to liven up your burger night you will definitely love my fast and easy homemade patties! Grab your bacon and cheese if choice and let’s make some burgers!
Cooking tips:
You can cook them in a skillet on the stove, on the BBQ or flattop grill like I did!
Season with your favorite seasoning
Garnish with what you like possibilities are endless
Well done cook 4 1/2 mins on each side
Med- Well cook 4 1/2 mins first side flip cook for
3 1/2- 4 mins or until your liking
