You’re absolutely right because birthing is a two step process, “labor AND delivery.” So you labored at home and delivered at the hospital which is such a beautiful medium in my opinion. The hug on the toilet was so wholesome 😂 🥹 You looked so centered throughout the process and I could tell you felt safe. I also love the idea of hiring a doula to be at the hospital even for people who don’t feel comfortable being at home. A doula just seems necessary. So happy for y’all 🤎

Has your doctor suggested taking vitamin D if not ask about it my neurologist did.
Yes. I take vitamin D everyday. It def does wonders!

I remember our 10th or 11th grade year when you got diagnosed. Will never forget, i missed you in geometry while you were gone. you’ve been so strong since then and never let your MS hold you back. And Your parents threw you a sweet 16 that year lol
